Together with my team, I imagine and build thoughtful digital experiences, products, and campaigns for brands like Google, NASA, adidas, and PING.

Our work has been recognized by the industry and awarded with Cannes Lions, FWAs, Webbys, and many other shiny things. Most importantly, the people we’ve reached have been entertained, empowered, and educated.

I have the distinct pleasure of overseeing a talented group of creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and designers. Through coaching and mentorship, I work hard to help each of them do their best work and reach the next level of their career growth.

I'm also part of my agency's leadership, collaborating with other directors to chart the course of the company and create the best environment for our people and the business to thrive.

Currently, I’m the Executive Creative Director at Grow, a digital experience agency in Norfolk, Virginia. Previously, I held a variety of different roles at AKQA in Washington, DC.
